Jeff came out as scheduled and took a close look at the work that needed to be done, and filled me in on what would now happen, just to keep me informed. I was then called on the phone shortly after to confirm a date and time. I pretty much left Luccio to work on the counter top. He assured me that he would take all precautions to keep the bathroom clean and protected form damage by taping plastic protective sheets around the counter and cabinets. It all looked good and I was very happy. Just as he was about to leave however, he asked me to check the work again to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. This time the lights were off and with natural lighting I could see the ring still there! He then ground the marble again, polished it twice, buffed it, and it was perfect! I'm totally happy with these guys. They are professional, courteous, and do a great job.

Well I can see why everyone is leaving five stars. I have seen there red trucks in my neighborhood and when a freak motorcycle accident ended up on my slate entrance, I took a chance and called. True to their word - and bid - their crews came out and removed the crankcase oil from the slate and resealed it all. They cleaned one week, said it was too wet to seal and would come back. They did a week later and said that it was still too wet. They came back a week later (today) and did a magnificent job. Rosemary, at the office, is a treat to work with in scheduling.

We did not perform any maintenance on our acid washed marble floors for over 10 years. ATLAS worked all day on our floors to make them look like the day we moved into our new home in 2006. Unbelievable!

Our general contractor over drilled a hole in our Granite for a bathroom faucet. Antonio came out to fill and color match the granite hole and it looked like the hole was never there.

We hired ATLAS to strip and polish our concrete kitchen countertop, a job that proved to be more daunting than anyone originally thought. Their staff worked through the issues with our troublesome countertop, and we are very pleased with the end result. Their level of commitment to getting our countertop resealed was exceptional. I had brand new Carrara Marble installed by our tile setter who decided to use acidic grout haze remover on the stone to remove his excess grout, which etched all of our beautiful new stone. I was devastated. We had about (5) marble restorers come in to bid on the job. ATLAS Marble by far was the most detail orientated. They pointed out error after error we did not catch and told us exactly what he would do to improve upon it. ATLAS was not the lowest bid we received, but they were the most professional and we felt most qualified. Our assumption was right... ATLAS Marble did an amazing job. My polished marble was sparkling again and looked amazing. I will hire ATLAS again for any restoration work we need in the future.

We are very pleased with the service and work from ATLAS Marble & Stone Care. Our Project Manager was professional, personable, and verified the work was completed to our satisfaction. We also appreciated the detailed project plan and itemized pricing. The Technicians were clean, courteous, and hard workers. They cleaned, polished, and sealed stonework in 3 bathrooms. The master bath was extra tedious because we changed all of the grout to a color more suited for the limestone. The stonework now looks brand new!
